The second option is you can take a private longtail boat, which can sometimes be part of tours, which leads me to the 3rd option. You can also book a tour around the area, where most of them will stop at Monkey Beach.

Bamboo Island has pristine shores and inviting waters, it’s perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
